Where is the studio?
Flemington is the county seat of Hunterdon County, in the west of Central Jersey, about half an hour from Somerset and Princeton, forty minutes from Edison, forty-five from Parsippany, an hour from Jersey City and just over an hour from Philadelphia. The studio is by appointment only, 9am to 5pm, and for most of the season the team is on the road somewhere between Boston and Miami — so the honest answer to "are you near me?" is that for anyone in New Jersey, the five boroughs, Long Island, Westchester or the Philadelphia area, yes, and without a travel charge.

Do you charge for travel?
Not within 90 miles of New Jersey — that is included in every collection, on every collection, and it covers New York City and Philadelphia. Travel within the continental United States is included in the Wedding Weekend collection, and international destinations are quoted per event, with flights, accommodation and a day either side written openly into the proposal and never added as a surprise. Which venues and temples are close to the studio?
Most of the rooms that define an Indian wedding in New Jersey are within an hour of Flemington: The Palace at Somerset Park and Park Château in Central Jersey, The Grand Marquis in Old Bridge, Royal Albert's Palace in Fords, Addison Park in Aberdeen, and to the north The Legacy Castle, The Venetian, Crystal Plaza and The Rockleigh. For the ceremony itself, we photograph regularly at BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir in Robbinsville and the Sri Venkateswara and Balaji temples in Bridgewater, and Anand Karaj ceremonies have taken us to the gurdwaras in Bridgewater, Lawrenceville, Glen Rock and Carteret. Closeness is useful for more than the drive. Being half an hour from The Palace at Somerset Park, the Bridgewater temples and the mandir in Robbinsville means we can walk your venue with you before the day, see the getting-ready suite at the hour you will use it, and be at the house for the haldi without a hotel. It also means we know which parks need a permit, which halls are lit warmly from above and need our own soft light around the mandap, and which gurdwaras ask for no flash at all.
